The $149 service fee
It covers a basic visit with minor work and a project estimate. It's the starting point at any time of day. If you hire us for a larger repair, the $149 is credited toward it.
After-hours work
After-hours work has additional fees. We quote the full price on the phone before we head out.
Pre-booked appointments
Pre-booked appointments require a deposit. Canceled pre-booked appointments are not refunded.
What can change the price
Hidden damage behind a wall, old or non-standard parts, or code upgrades. If we find any of these, we stop and talk to you first.
Payment
We accept all forms of payment. For bigger jobs, financing is available through Joist, the app we use for your estimate.
