Plumbing emergency?

Call 1-855-475-7827. A real person answers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

While you wait:

  • Burst or leaking pipe: shut off the main water valve.
  • Water near electrical outlets or appliances: stay out of the water. Shut off power at the breaker only if the panel is dry and you can reach it safely.
  • Smell of gas: leave the building and call your gas utility or 911. Do not call us first.
  • Sewage backing up: stop using all drains and toilets.

Emergencies

What counts, what it costs and what to do while you wait.

What counts as a plumbing emergency?

Any burst pipe, active leak you can't stop, sewage backup, no water at all, a flooding basement, or a water heater that is leaking heavily. If water is damaging your property right now, call us.

Do you charge extra for nights, weekends or holidays?

Our $149 service fee is the starting point at any hour. After-hours work has additional fees. We tell you the full price on the phone before we head out, so there are no surprises.

Can I get a guaranteed arrival time?

No. We typically arrive within the hour, but we won't promise a time we can't keep. When you call, we'll tell you plainly where we are and what to expect.

What should I do while I wait for you?

Shut off the main water valve if water is leaking, and keep water away from electricity. Read our guide: Burst Pipe, What to Do in the First 10 Minutes.

Pricing and Payment

How we price jobs, and how you can pay.

What is the $149 service fee?

It covers a basic visit: we look at the problem, do minor work if it's quick, and give you a project estimate. If you hire us for a larger repair, the $149 is credited toward the cost of that repair.

Do you charge by the hour?

Mainly flat rate. You'll know the price before we start the work.

Will the price change once you start?

Not without talking to you first. If we find something unexpected, we stop, explain it, and you decide. No surprises on the invoice.

What payment methods do you take?

We accept all forms of payment.

Do you offer financing for big jobs?

Yes. Financing is available through Joist, the app we use to prepare your estimate. Ask us about it when you get your estimate.

Can you provide paperwork for an insurance claim?

We can provide a written estimate and an itemized invoice for your claim.

Warranty and Follow-Up

What's covered and what to do if something isn't right.

What does your warranty cover?

Our workmanship on projects is covered for one year. Parts are covered by the manufacturer or supplier warranty.

What if the same problem comes back?

Call us. Recurring problems are our specialty. If it's related to our work, we'll make it right under warranty. If it's something new, we'll tell you honestly.

What isn't covered?

The warranty doesn't cover obvious abuse or misuse of the plumbing, or damage from exposure to weather (for example, freezing).

How do I make a warranty claim?

Call 1-855-475-7827 and give us your name, address and the date of the original job.
